Staff and Governors at Bentley Wood High School would like to congratulate all our Year 11 students, we are so proud of them. Notably there are some exceptional results with 38% of grades achieved at grade 7 or above. 7.5% of all grades achieved were grade 9 which is significantly above the current national picture of 4.9%.
Bentley Wood High School A Level students celebrate another year of excellent results with 31% of the students being awarded A/A* or the top BTEC grade combinations.
Yet again a strong community of students, staff and families have again established a very strong foundation of support, enabling students to achieve their very best.
Naseema Akbar (Headteacher) said ‘Our students have worked exceptionally hard this year and managed to get places on some prestigious University courses and Degree Apprenticeship placements. We want to wish them all the very best as they proceed onto their next phase of learning. They have exciting futures ahead of them, we are all very proud.’
Very well done to our Year 12 students as well who have made a very secure start to their A Level and BTEC courses. We look forward to celebrating their continued success next year!
